Welcome
Hello and a warm welcome to my website. My name is Neil, a guitarist and singer with over 25 years gigging experience.
I offer two main services: guitar tuition and live performance (either solo, as a duo or in an electric band format, as well as being available for depping work).
Tuition
I specialise in beginner to intermediate level tuition and am confident I’ll be able to help you achieve your goals on this wonderful instrument, whatever they may be. I offer in person lessons from our garden office as well as online tuition. Please see my Tuition page for more details.
Performance
My live work consists of:
-
Solo performance (acoustic guitar with harmonica),
-
Duo work (‘The Donegal Pilgrims’ with acoustic guitar, vocals and violin/mandolin/second guitar)
-
And last but by no means least my full electric band ‘Triple Platinum'.
I gig across Manchester and the north-west, playing weddings, private parties and corporate functions as well as summer festivals, sporting events such as professional sports club fanzone areas, pubs, bars, restaurants and anywhere else that needs me. I also play regular daytime gigs in residential care home and nursing homes across Manchester, which gives me enormous satisfaction.
Please see my Performance page for more details.
